As an Admin Executive at our office in Jaggayapeta, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative operations and ensuring a productive work environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Administrative Manager in overseeing office operations, policies, and procedures. - Supervising and coordinating administrative staff to ensure timely task completion. - Managing office supplies inventory and procurement for smooth office functions. - Handling communication between departments to facilitate operations. - Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. - Assisting in preparing and managing office budgets and expenses. - Monitoring office security, health, and safety standards. - Coordinating maintenance of office facilities and equipment. - Managing employee attendance, leave records, and assisting with HR-related documentation. - Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining company records. - Assisting in organizing events and conferences as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office administration or related roles. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. - Good communication skills (both written and verbal). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR functions is a plus. - Prior experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or corporate environment is preferred.
