Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating messages across different departments and external parties.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, maintaining facilities, and ensuring the general upkeep of the office environment.
  • Record Keeping: Organizing and storing information, both in paper and digital formats.
  • Support: Providing administrative support to senior executives and other staff, and assisting with various projects and tasks as needed.
  • Financial Support: In some roles, this includes managing petty cash, preparing expense reports, and maintaining financial records.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and records efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and digital record-keeping systems.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected issues and find solutions to administrative challenges.
  • Education: Typically a graduate degree is required for this role.
