Admin Executive

*Admin Executive* with *1+ year of work experience* required in a *listed manufacturing organisation* located at *Navi Mumbai (nearby Turbhe / Juinagar station)*

JD:

• *Receive, log, and distribute incoming shipments promptly; coordinate secure packaging, labeling, and dispatch of outgoing shipments* ; track deliveries and maintain complete records

• *Accurately track employee attendance,* resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports as needed

• *Welcome visitors, issue passes, inform staff* , and ensure security procedures are followed

• *Answer calls professionally,* direct them appropriately, relay messages, and keep contact details updated

• *Organize and maintain files, handle scanning, shredding, and archiving, and keep records up to date*

• Enter and update data accurately, and perform routine checks to ensure data quality

• *Assist with scheduling, travel bookings, and keeping office supplies stocked* for smooth operations

Salary up to *Rs 20,000 per month*
