Job Description

1. This role is ideal for an engineering graduate and involves technical evaluation of vendors, preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining purchase records.

2. The administrative and GST-related tasks would involve ensuring compliance for all procurement.

3. Checking vendor invoices and ensuring all GST compliances are met before processing payments.

4. AMC Coordination, accurately recording all purchase transactions into an accounting software & Excel.

5. Following up with vendors for invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate vendor ledgers.

6. Transport Management including office / material shifting,

7. Across coordination require with all maintenance team & HOD.

Key Requirements :

1. Any full time Engineering Background, preferred Mechanical, Electrical & Civil.

2. Have similar experience with minimum 2 years.

3. Good in Excel entries, have understanding of GST & Purchase entries.

4. Dedications towards works enthusiasm.

Job Location - Kandivali East

Working days - Mon-Sat, 8.45 AM to 5.45 PM, 18 Saturdays will be off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
