Job Description

Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the concerned person.
Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Administrative Support:

Handle day-to-day office administration, including stationery, courier, housekeeping, and office supplies.
Assist in maintaining records, files, and documentation.
Support HR and Admin team in organizing meetings, travel, and events.
Manage office maintenance, vendor coordination, and service providers.

Coordination:

Act as a bridge between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal executives for scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Provide support in preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,994.45 - ₹26,059.68 per month
