Admin cum Front Office Executive

Job Description: As a Front Desk Management and Administrative Support, your role will involve various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the concerned person. - Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security protocols. - Handle day-to-day office administration, including stationery, courier, housekeeping, and office supplies. - Assist in maintaining records, files, and documentation. - Support HR and Admin team in organizing meetings, travel, and events. - Manage office maintenance, vendor coordination, and service providers. - Act as a bridge between management, employees, and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with internal executives for scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. - Provide support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in front desk management and administrative support roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
