Job Description -

Greeting visitors, clients, or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.Managing and organizing office documents, files, and records.Handling mail, emails, and documentation, and distributing them to the relevant individuals.Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are properly set up for appointments or presentations.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of clients, or visitors.

Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and providing receipts.
Escalating issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.

Effectively communicating with team members, other departments, and external parties.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
