Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities: - Handle general office administration, documentation, and filing. - Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. - Assist in scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. - Maintain employee records and support HR tasks if required. - Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, invoices, and receipts. - Prepare and update daily cash reports and bank reconciliations. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings. - Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed. - Generate basic financial reports as required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration. - Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles. - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities. - Knowledge of basic statutory compliance (GST, TDS) is an advantage.,
