Role Description

  • Manage overall office administration and day-to-day operations
  • Handle petty cash & expense tracking
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, field work & office needs
  • Oversee pantry and housekeeping to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure office maintenance & cleanliness with support staff
  • Source and manage vendors, including negotiations for services and supplies
  • Suport HR & Operations with logistics and coordination
  • Must have handled banking and other related work
  • Good working knowledge in using MS Excel & Google Sheets


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in administration /operations
  • Maintain daily expense records and multitasking skills
  • Must have Two-wheeler and familiar with local vendors
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
