Admin Assistant

The school is currently conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Office Assistant between 11am to 1pm on the school campus. Candidates currently working in a school environment are preferable for this role. It is essential to carry an updated resume, 1 photograph, and relevant documents for the interview. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and computer skills, along with prior experience working in a school environment and knowledge of managing school administrative tasks. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position with 0-3 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Design and update job descriptions - Source potential candidates from various online channels - Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Interview candidates - Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Maintain services files and manage end-to-end appointments - Oversee housekeeping work - Handle all admin-related tasks and coordinate with the Principal - Manage clerical duties such as sorting and sending mail - Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed - Maintain files and ensure organization - Welcome visitors to the office - Answer phone calls and take messages - Ensure smooth office operations - Mandatory requirement: Familiarity with bus routes Qualifications: - Graduation equivalent Working Hours: - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday Job Types: - Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Morning shift Experience: - HR: 4 years (Preferred) - Total work: 5 years (Preferred) Language: - English (Preferred),
