Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, which includes handling office tasks, supporting staff, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and inventory. - Organize and schedule meetings or appointments. - Maintain physical and digital files and records. - Assist in HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding. - Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Prepare reports and documentation as needed. Qualifications Required: - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
