Job Description

  • Office Administration: Manage and organize office documents, maintain filing systems,
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; greet and assist visitors professionally.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage calendars and send reminders.
  • Reporting: Accurately input data into spreadsheets and databases; generate basic reports using Excel.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (freshers welcome)
  • Strong desire to build a career in HR .
  • Good communication Skills
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
