Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Job Summary:

Thatha Patti Elders Foundation is hiring a female Accounts & Admin Executive to handle basic accounting, billing, and office administrative tasks. The candidate will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring efficient administration. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply!

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Qualification: Any Degree (Commerce background preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Basic communication skills required (Tamil preferred; English is a plus).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; Prior experience in Accounts/Admin is preferred.
• Job Type: Full-time position only (No part-time/freelance).

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.

• Without Stay: Candidates can choose if they prefer to stay externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle basic accounting activities like billing, invoicing, petty cash management, and expense tracking.
• Maintain and update financial records accurately.
• Support administrative functions including office management, documentation, and filing.
• Assist in vendor management and purchase coordination.
• Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
• Manage stock and inventory records.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments for smooth operations.
