ADF-DWH Support Analyst

As an Azure Data Factory Support Analyst at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and developing tasks on the ADF and DWH estate for a major client in the public sector. Your responsibilities will include leading the service transition, establishing a fully functional service, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be part of the Applications Management practice. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain ADF and DWH solutions/applications - Perform hands-on installation, development, configuration, and troubleshooting - Build/maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications - Identify bugs and provide resolutions - Collaborate with teams to deliver quality solutions to complex problems - Work across a varied technical stack Qualifications Required: - Development & production support background in Data Warehousing - Experience with ETL solutions in SQL Server: MS SQL, SSIS - Proficiency in MS SQL Administration, Azure Data Factory, Azure MSSQL, Azure Analysis Services - Familiarity with PowerBI, Power Automate, Code Review & Unit Testing, and Source Control - Exposure to DW development practices and data modeling techniques - Ability to design end-to-end solutions based on business requirements - ITIL certification preferred - Strong knowledge of SQL, Git, and Azure DevOps - Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for technical solutions Location: - The role is based in Birmingham with potential travel to NTT DATA and client offices in Birmingham/London.
