Job Description

As an Azure Data Factory Support Analyst at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining, and developing tasks on the ADF and DWH estate for a large public sector client. Your responsibilities will include leading the service transition, establishing a fully fleshed out service, and building working relationships with key stakeholders. You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be a part of the Applications Management practice. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain ADF and DWH solutions/applications - Perform hands-on installation, development, configuration, and troubleshooting of solutions - Build/maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications - Identify bugs and devise resolutions - Collaborate with teams to provide quality solutions - Work across a varied technical stack Qualifications Required: - Development & production support background in Data Warehousing - Experience with ETL solutions in SQL Server: MS SQL, SSIS - Proficiency in MS SQL Administration, Azure Data Factory, Azure MSSQL, Azure Analysis Services - Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, Code Review & Unit Testing, Source Control - Exposure to DW development practices and data modeling techniques - Ability to design end-to-end solutions based on business requirements - Strong data analytical skills and SQL knowledge - ITIL certification preferred - Experience in incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment - Understanding of debugging, batch job monitoring, and ETL maintenance - Proficiency in communication and advocating technical solutions - Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, SharePoint application, and Azure APIs - Training & Certification in Azure Data Fundamentals and Azure Data Solutions - Effective time management and multitasking skills Location: - Birmingham (hybrid role with potential travel to NTT DATA and client offices in Birmingham/London) NTT DATA is a global innovator of business and technology services, committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
