Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Additional Chief Manager role at NLC India Limited, located in Bikaner. The Additional Chief Manager will oversee strategic planning, manage day-to-day operations, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational goals, facilitating effective communication among departments, and optimizing processes to meet operational targets. Collaboration with other senior managers and stakeholders will also be a key focus of this role.
