Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Additional Chief Manager role at NLC India Limited, located in Bikaner. The Additional Chief Manager will oversee strategic planning, manage day-to-day operations, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing organizational goals, facilitating effective communication among departments, and optimizing processes to meet operational targets.
