AD / Sr Manager Sales

As an Associate Director & Senior Manager Sales at Protiviti, based in Bangalore & Hyderabad, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in solution service sales, your role will involve leveraging your market connections to promote Protiviti services across various levels in the Markets Vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to deal with ambiguity and establish frameworks and structures - Goal-oriented approach to assist clients in meeting their requirements by developing solutions and insights, especially in uncertain or changing circumstances - Strong analytical, written, communication, and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Creativity in visually representing data and creating client presentation decks - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikSense, or Tableau would be advantageous Key Deliverables: - Researching organizations and individuals to identify new sales opportunities - Increasing customer value and expanding client base - Securing additional engagements and developing new markets - Building and managing relationships with business teams and deal advisory professionals - Leading the development of new-business proposals and presentations - Supporting business teams in proposal preparation and expression of interest - Identifying market trends, customer needs, and building a sales pipeline - Analyzing new venture integration for strategic positioning - Coordinating marketing strategies and delegating tasks to achieve goals - Conducting complex analysis to discover new market opportunities Qualifications And Experience: - MBA/PGDBM from a leading Indian/International educational institution - 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting firms, corporate roles, or similar deal experiences - Exposure or experience in internal auditing and financial advisory would be a plus,
