Job Description

Role Overview: As an Ad Ops Executive at IncrementX, you will play a crucial role in managing the demand stack of Direct Demand, Google Ad Manager, SSP/Exchange, DSPs, Header Bidding, and Individual tag-based partners. Your responsibilities will include performing quality assurance of publisher ad stack, resolving customer queries with a pinch of awesomeness, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, helping publishers understand the tool better, optimizing ad revenue, managing publisher onboarding process, handling tickets and priorities, fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests, and building a knowledge base for common queries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the demand stack including Direct Demand, Google Ad Manager, SSP/Exchange, DSPs, Header Bidding, and Individual tag-based partners. - Perform quality assurance of publisher ad stack. - Resolve customer queries with a pinch of awesomeness. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. - Help publishers understand the tool/product better. - Ensure publishers are able to use IncrementX optimally and optimize ad revenue. - Manage the publisher onboarding process across teams. - Handle tickets and priorities. - Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests and provide creative solutions to technical questions. - Build a knowledge base and canned responses for common queries. Qualifications Required: - Clear understanding of analytics, ad networks (AdSense, AdX/GAM, and DFP/DCM), A/B testing, and customer support. - Understanding of basics of HTML, JS, and Ad Operations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Data-driven mentality with a focus on experimentation and optimization. - Experience with the setup of direct campaigns, programmatic, PMPs, and header bidding. - Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising world. - Ideal candidate would have worked in the monetization department of a large digital publisher or an ad network/SSP/Ad Exchange/AdTech Company and executed various monetization techniques.
