Ad Operations Specialist

As an Ad Ops Executive at Vertoz, you will play a crucial role in managing the Demand Stack and ensuring optimal ad revenue for digital publishers. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the Demand Stack of Direct Demand, Google Ad Manager, SSP/Exchange, DSPs, Header Bidding, and Individual tag-based partners. - Performing quality assurance of publisher ad stack. - Resolving customer queries promptly and with excellence. - Coordinating with internal teams (tech/product/sales etc.) to address issues. - Helping publishers understand the tool/product better and optimize ad revenue. - Managing the publisher onboarding process and tickets efficiently. - Providing ad hoc reporting requests and technical solutions. - Building a knowledge base and canned responses for common queries. Qualifications required for this role include: - Clear understanding of analytics, ad networks (AdSense, AdX/GAM, and DFP/DCM), A/B testing, and customer support. - Basic knowledge of HTML, JS, and Ad Operations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Data-driven mentality with a focus on experimentation and optimization. - Experience with direct campaigns, programmatic, PMPs, and header bidding. - Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising world.
