AD / Director Digital Transformation ( Diversity profile Mandatory)

We are on the lookout for an Associate Director / Director for one of our prestigious clients, a key player in the Big 4 consulting industry. In this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative environment, working with leading companies across various industries to deliver sustained outcomes that not only benefit our clients but also contribute positively to the communities and the world at large. The following are the mandatory skill sets required for qualification in the client's shortlist round:

• Engineering degree, preferably with an MBA
• 9 to 12 years of consulting experience in Tier 1 and GSI firms
• Over 10 years of experience in delivering IT solutions to Retail & Consumer or Financial Services or Healthcare, or Manufacturing segments
• Experience in leading ERP & CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Polaris Dynamics 365 CRM, and SFDC
• Strong client presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective story-telling techniques
• Leadership skills to guide large teams
• Excellent people management skills
• Understanding of project economics with the ability to make decisions in the project's interest
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, particularly in critical political environments
• Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, offering out-of-the-box solutions
• Ability to synthesize complex technical aspects into business terms and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives
• Autonomy, positive thinking, flexibility, and willingness to work independently or as part of a team
• Consistent high achiever marked by perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
