Join the dynamic GDS team as a Senior in P&C Actuarial, where you will work on delivering solutions to leading clients in the Insurance Sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement solutions within the Insurance service line and collaborate with other service lines - Provide high-quality results and effective solutions working alongside Senior Consultants, Managers, or Senior Managers - Offer focused solutions and training to Staff members - Ensure timely delivery of all engagements while maintaining high standards of work - Establish and manage priorities, communicate activity status, and report all chargeable hours - Perform actuarial liability estimation, data analysis, reserves valuation, loss projection, and more for general insurance lines of business - Stay informed of current business/economic developments relevant to the industry/geography Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in the General Insurance industry, preferably within a consulting firm, an Insurer, or an organization providing Insurance services - Ability to multitask, flexible work attitude, and strong analytical skills - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, VBA, SAS, R Programming, Python, SQL, SPSS, etc. - Good exam progress - Strong academic background with a bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Overseas exposure in US or UK markets is preferred Additional Details: EY aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while fostering trust in the capital markets.
