As an Activation Executive Sports, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing sports tournaments and events, particularly at schools and colleges. Your role will involve pitching sponsorships and integrating brand promotions within sports activations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute school and college-level sports tournaments and related events from start to finish. - Identify and approach potential sponsors for events, pitch partnership proposals, and secure sponsorship deals. - Coordinate with educational institutions, sports clubs, and venue authorities to obtain event permissions and manage logistics. - Actively promote products/services as part of brand activations to participants, spectators, and attendees during tournaments. - Supervise on-ground event setup, oversee branding installations, and manage staff deployment to ensure seamless execution. - Maintain records of leads, sponsorships, and event participants. Provide timely reports and feedback for each event. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align event messaging with brand strategy and ensure maximum visibility. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in event activation, sports event management, or sponsorship roles. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Effective pitching and negotiation abilities. - Readiness to travel extensively for event execution. - Energetic, organized, and self-motivated with a deep passion for sports.
