Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage acquisition of new customers through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Identify potential customers and build relationships with them to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, product) to ensure seamless onboarding process for new customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in BFSI industry or related field (preferably in current account or Casa sales).
Strong understanding of financial products, particularly current accounts and CASA deposits.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with clients.
