We’re looking for an experienced Assessment Centre / Development Centre (AC/DC) Consultant with a strong Pharma Marketing background.
The role involves designing and facilitating assessment tools for marketing cohorts, including case studies, business simulations, BEI, psychometrics, and group exercises.
What we need:
Experience conducting AC/DCs in the pharmaceutical industry
Deep understanding of marketing, brand management, and commercial excellence
Ability to design competency-based assessment tools
Strong facilitation and behavioral assessment skill
Location: Gurgaon/Roorkee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,548.33 - ₹35,606.33 per month
