OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for someone brilliant to be second in command within the creative department.

Someone to take responsibility for 360 accounts, to conceive and oversee film and social media

led campaigns, to create brilliance from not huge budgets with the power of an idea and

beautiful execution, and very importantly to inspire and lead the young and enthusiastic team.

This is someone who is hands on, and a practitioner – responsible for leading and managing

the copywriting team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful creative content. You

will work closely with clients, account managers, and other creative professionals to develop

innovative and compelling concepts that align with the brand's objectives. It is someone who

understands both the power of an idea and how to execute that. It is the opportunity for

someone ambitious to really make his or her mark in this fast-developing communications

market. It is someone who can think big and create a legacy – certainly by developing the

enthusiastic team members around them.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Providing creative direction and strategic guidance to the copywriting team.

• Developing and implementing creative concepts, messaging, and brand voice.

• Collaborating with art directors, designers, and other stakeholders to create integrated

and cohesive campaigns.

• Conducting research and staying updated on industry trends and consumer insights.

• Reviewing and editing copy for grammar, style, and brand consistency.

• Presenting creative ideas and campaigns to clients and internal teams.

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Mentoring and guiding junior copywriters, fostering their professional growth.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and

integration of creative ideas.

• Staying updated on emerging technologies and platforms to incorporate innovative

approaches in copywriting.
