Job Description

. Financial Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record all financial transactions using accounting software or manual systems.

2. Preparing Financial Statements

  • Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure statements comply with accounting standards and regulations.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide explanations or recommendations.

4. Tax Preparation and Compliance

  • Calculate and file taxes (e.g., income tax, VAT, payroll tax).
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and auditors if needed.

5. Accounts Payable and Receivable

  • Manage invoices and payments to vendors (payables).
  • Track incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts (receivables).

6. Payroll Management

  • Process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure payroll tax compliance and generate payslips.

7. Auditing and Internal Controls

  • Conduct internal audits to check for errors, fraud, or inefficiencies.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
