As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and audit support. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Accounting & Bookkeeping:** - Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers. - Record financial transactions accurately and timely. - Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements. - **Taxation & Compliance:** - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance. - Assist in tax audits and respond to tax authorities when required. - **Financial Reporting:** - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Analyze financial statements to provide insights for decision-making. - **Budgeting & Forecasting:** - Assist in budget preparation and financial planning. - Track budget variances and recommend corrective actions. - **Internal Controls & Audit Support:** - Implement and maintain internal financial controls. - Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations, as well as support management with financial advice and strategic planning. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Proficient in accounting software (Tally, GST etc.). - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations. - Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. **Benefits:** - Health insurance. - Provident Fund. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. **Experience:** - 1 year of experience in Accounting and Tally preferred. **License/Certification:** - CA-Inter certification preferred.
