Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and appeals.
2. Tax Planning:
- Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to optimize tax positions.
3. GST and Indirect Tax:
- Manage GST registration, invoicing, and return filings.
- Ensure compliance with other indirect tax laws (e.g., VAT, CST).
4. Income Tax:
- Handle income tax assessments, appeals, and litigation.
- Ensure timely payment of advance tax and withholding tax.
5. Transfer Pricing:
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation.
6. Financial Reporting:
- Collaborate with finance team for accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure tax implications are considered in financial planning.
7. Regulatory Updates:
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
- CA/CS/LLM (Taxation) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in taxation, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
