Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of

  Sales Orders

  as per customer requirements

• Bill / Invoice submission

  to customers within defined timelines
• Preparation and circulation of

  Daily Morning Dispatch Reports

• Maintenance of

  Party-wise Dispatch Details

  and tracking of deliveries

• Debtors’ Reconciliation

  and follow-up for outstanding payments
• Handling

  L&T portal activities

  , including

  ASN and MRN submission

• Managing

  LC Negotiation and Bill Discounting

  with banks
• Coordination with logistics, sales, and finance teams for smooth operations
  
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounts Receivable processes

• Experience in

  billing, reconciliation, and collections

• Hands-on experience with

  ERP / Accounting Software (SAP / Tally / Oracle preferred)

• Understanding of

  LC, Bank Documentation, and Bill Discounting

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Manufacturing / Engineering / EPC / Infrastructure companies
  
• Experience dealing with large corporates like

  L&T

  will be an added advantage

Salary

Up to 6 LPA CTC.
