Accounts Receivable Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for payments through WhatsApp, email, and phone callsHandle Credflow for payment reminders, invoice sharing, and ledger confirmationMaintain payment follow-up reports and summaries in Excel or Google SheetsShare invoices, ledgers, and outstanding statements with customersBasic document handling including scanning, organizing, and filingPerform banking-related tasks such as cheque deposits and document submission

Requirements:
Familiarity with MS Excel or Google SheetsGood communication and follow-up skillsBasic knowledge of accounts and payment processesAbility to manage reminders and maintain accurate recordsFreshers in the industry with knowledge or experience in accounts and client follow-ups can applyImmediate joiners preferred
