Accounts Receivable Officer

As an Accounts Receivable professional in the Finance/Accounting department, you will be responsible for utilizing software systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle to manage customer invoices efficiently. Your key duties will include ensuring the timely and accurate generation of invoices, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date customer records, and assisting in preparing aging reports for monthly closing activities. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams to address client issues will be essential, as well as adherence to financial policies and internal controls. To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record in accounts receivable or general accounting. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software like SAP, QuickBooks, and Oracle, as well as MS Excel, will be crucial. Familiarity with GAAP, ERP systems, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines are desirable traits.
