Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fee Collection Executive to manage and streamline student fee collection processes. The role involves communicating with students and parents about fee dues, providing payment options, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collection via online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Contact students and parents regarding fee dues and payment schedules.
● Explain various payment options and assist with online/offline fee transactions.
● Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all payments and outstanding balances.
● Follow up on overdue payments and resolve payment-related queries.
● Generate reports on collection status, outstanding dues, and follow-up actions.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth fee processing.
● Handle confidential financial information with integrity and care.
Requirements:
● Minimum Qualification, e.g., Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field].
● Previous experience in fee collection, accounts, or administration preferred.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of fee management software is a plus.
● Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
● Well-organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
