Job Description

Qualifications and Experience required.

M.Com/MBA Finance
4+ Years of experience into Invoice Processing/Validation.
Experience in AR & invoicing.
Should have sound working knowledge for GST & TDS.
Should have good hands on excel.
PeopleSolf & Coupa experience would be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Reviewing & Validation of Supplier invoices & supporting.
Approving / reviewing invoices in ERP that is in Coupa/Peoplesoft.
Passing Payable entries in PeopleSoft followed by PO Matching & Posting.
Reconciliation of system reports with excel data of posted entries.
Verifying GST/TDS.
Scheduling and preparing Payments, resolving quarries regarding , invoice processing & payment discrepancies if any.
MIS & reporting
