Accounts Receivable, Analyst

As an AR Analyst at Perceptive, you will play a crucial role in project set up and customer billing, contributing to the faster market delivery of medical treatments in the biopharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Set up: - Creating and amending projects and customer contracts in Workday. - Maintaining accurate and complete projects and customer contract records. - Collaborating with Proposals & Contracts team and Project Managers to resolve queries related to customer contracts. - Customer Billing: - Updating Tipsheet with billing instructions for each contract. - Creating billing schedules/installments based on contract terms. - Generating and submitting invoices to customers via email, mail, or portal uploads. - Addressing customer queries regarding invoice rejections or disputes. - Analyzing billing data to identify issues and trends. - Generating and distributing billing reports, statements, and invoices. - Maintaining accurate billing records and documentation. - Business Skills: - Reconciling projects/customer contracts in Workday with Salesforce. - Investigating billing discrepancies and collaborating with other departments for resolutions. - Recommending process improvements for accurate and timely creation of projects/customer contracts and invoices. - Collaborating with other departments for reporting and analysis. - Setting up client portals and establishing trade relationships by providing necessary forms.
