Accounts & Purchase Assistant – ₹15,000 Max – Male Only with 2-Wheeler – Chennai

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Male Accounts & Purchase Assistant for our ceramic manufacturing business in Chennai. This role is based at our Aynambakkam office with regular visits to our Vichoor factory.

The ideal candidate will support our senior accountant with day-to-day accounts work and also help with stock verification and purchase coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts data entry and documentation
• Coordinate with factory team for stock and purchase follow-up
• Visit Vichoor factory 2–3 times per week for stock checking and communication
• Handle local purchase coordination as needed
• Maintain reports via WhatsApp, Excel, and basic accounting software (if required)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Male candidates
• Must own a 2-wheeler (bike/scooter)
• Any degree or diploma (B.Com preferred, but not mandatory)
• Freshers or up to 2 years experience in accounts/stores welcome
• Tamil required; basic English or Hindi preferred
• Should be responsible, punctual, and willing to travel locally

• Location: Aynambakkam Office + Vichoor Factory
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month (strict upper limit)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
