Job Description

Role: Accounts Payables With Power BI

Experience: 6-9 Years

Relevant Experience in Power BI :1+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Role & responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting or Finance (Accounting qualification preferred).
5 to 8 years of experience in Accounts Payables.
1+Years of experience with Power BI reporting.
Exposure to ERP applications like
Good experience in Invoice processing.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel required.
Ability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications
Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre environment preferred.
Good to have Insurance experience

Key Skills:

Ability to support transfer of technical knowledge to team.
Ability to identify and drive operational improvements (process, technology/automation, reporting)
Good documentation skills
Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.

Operational responsibilities:

Timely alert his/her manager on issues identified and or unresolved queries and propose action plans
Timely answer to queries (from entities, from Central Team, from manager), investigate and propose actions.
Identify process efficiencies and report the same to his/her manager.
Update SOP after validation with his/her manager and with the Central Team
Maintain key process data in the team (Update tracker , issue log , partner action log , RCA , ISO , Risk documents ).
