Accounts payable ( US Accounting)

The role requires you to process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, verify and reconcile vendor statements, and resolve any discrepancies. You will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records, as well as assisting with month-end close and reporting activities. To be successful in this position, you should have familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms. A strong understanding of AP processes, GAAP, and U.S. accounting standards is essential. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams is considered a plus. This is a full-time, permanent position that involves working night shifts at the in-person work location.
