Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Must possess excellent knowledge in P2P and payment process.
  • Responsible for service delivery End-to-End process, Transition and reverse transition with responsibility to manage larger team track and monitor day-to-day activities as per the plan.
  • Prepare for & participate in Client interactions via conference calls, mails, meetings, etc. and ensure effective & data representation.
  • Should have transition experience either through remote or onsite.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accounts payable associates, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Training new hires in different tools, products & processes as per the training schedule and certify their eligibility to hit the production floor.
  • Proactively review teams performance to exceed client KPIs
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure continuous improvement in team capabilities and performance.
  • Tracking the performance of new hires in their nesting period and giving feedback accordingly.
  • Conducting refresher-training sessions for the Support Executives if they cannot achieve the targets.
  • Auditing the calls & emails, providing timely feedback to the Agents.
  • Responsible for effective people management and appraisals

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the financial industry / BPO industry, with experience in P2P Process.
  • Should have minimum 4 years of team handling experience and transition experience.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Principles and guidelines.
  • Track and monitor Service delivery activities as per the plan
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Multi-tasking & Ability to work independently with minimum support
  • Having proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount.
  • Experience of liaising with clients and key stakeholders.
  • To act as a first point of escalation for the onshore/offshore team and ensure timely response to emails and escalations.
  • Take ownership for improvement projects to improve service delivery.
