As an Analyst in AR/AP Profile at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: - Utilize your 2+ years of experience in AR/AP profile to effectively manage multiple ERP systems as well as manual intensive work. - Prior experience with Oracle (NetSuite) is preferred. - Demonstrate strong English language skills, both verbal and written, to engage in meaningful discussions with customers. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, is essential for this role. - Manage varying workloads efficiently to meet targets and deadlines. - Showcase your analytical and problem-solving skills during client discussions. - Knowledge of reconciliation and invoicing is a plus. - Possess reasonable accounting knowledge and the ability to multitask. - Exhibit critical and skeptical thinking, initiative, curiosity, attention to detail, and cross-functional abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in AR/AP profile. - Work on multiple ERP systems, manual intensive tasks, and prior experience with Oracle (NetSuite) is preferred. - Strong English language skills (verbal and written) for engaging customer discussions. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. - Ability to handle varied workloads, meet targets and deadlines. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills for client discussions. - Knowledge of reconciliation and invoicing is beneficial. - Reasonable accounting knowledge is required. - Multitasking and flexibility are essential. - Critical thinking, skeptical thinking, initiative, curiosity, attention to detail, and cross-functional abilities are desired.
