Job Title: Accounting Professional (AP & AR)

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP):

1. Process and verify invoices for payment

2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

3. Manage vendor relationships and resolve issues

4. Reconcile AP accounts and perform month-end close

Accounts Receivable (AR):

1. Manage and process customer invoices and payments

2. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables

3. Resolve customer disputes and issues

4. Reconcile AR accounts and perform month-end close

Required Skills:

1. Accounting knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

2. AP and AR expertise: Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

3. Attention to detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

4. Communication skills: Effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders

5. Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

1. Accounting software: Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

2. ERP systems: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

3. Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, ACCA)

Education

1. Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience:

1. 4+ years: Experience in accounting, with a focus on AP and AR processes
