Key Responsibilities: - Oversee AR/AP and Other Asset category management, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting - Oversee the monthly reconciliation process to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements - Manage the reconciliation of employee advances and liaise with S2P to resolve discrepancies - Supervise the reconciliation of Employee expense/P-card accounts and resolve discrepancies with S2P - Auditing and Compliance Monitoring - Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements - Ensure compliance with AP, AR, and other asset-related category SOX narratives and control documentation - Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement changes to generate efficiencies and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Collaborate with S2P and O2C to drive operational efficiencies and process improvement Qualifications: - CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification - Minimum 5 years of General Accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a global organization - Strong technical accounting knowledge with a focus on US GAAP - Experience in SOX and operational compliance in shared services - Strong communication (English language) and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated success in cross-cultural, virtual team environments Additional Details: All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
