Accounts Payable and Payroll

As the Expenses Manager, your primary role is to oversee the expenses and cash outflows of the company. You will be responsible for managing the distribution of expenses while ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements. Your duties will involve end-to-end email communication to address all employee queries within the given timeline. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and validate eligible expenses for employee reimbursements, and process reimbursements accordingly. - Track, manage, and maintain records of company assets and expenses to optimize resource utilization. - Ensure accurate accounting practices in accordance with applicable Accounting standards. - Oversee monthly compliances related to labor laws, workplace policies, and employee rights. - Monitor and approve company credit card transactions, ensuring proper categorization and adherence to expense policies. - Reconcile credit card statements and manage credit card expenses effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of accounting and finance experience with progressively increasing responsibilities. - Full understanding of regulatory reporting, Income Tax Act Salary rules, and compliance with India GAAP. - Strong knowledge of Excel, Zohobook, Keka, or any other HRMS tools. - Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
