Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (eg, ACCA, CPA) is a plus
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, construction contracts, and financial regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (eg, Tally, etc) and GST
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
