Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (eg, ACCA, CPA) is a plus
Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
Knowledge of accounting principles, construction contracts, and financial regulations
Proficient in accounting software (eg, Tally, etc) and GST
Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
