Accounts Officer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer with a minimum of 7 years experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate must have strong expertise in accounting, import & export procedures, customs documentation, landed cost calculation and stock management (inward/outward).

Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger updates, reconciliations and finalization of accounts.

• Manage import and export transactions while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation, invoices, shipping documents, and landed cost calculations.
• Monitor and manage stock movements (inward/outward) with accurate inventory records.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Salary TDS, and other applicable financial regulations.
• Prepare Cash Flow Reports and MIS reports to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams during audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting and finance must (regular )
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs compliance
• Hands-on experience in inventory/stock management (inward/outward).
• Proficiency in Tally and preparation of MIS & financial reports.
• Experience in preparing Cash Flow Statements and managing Salary TDS.

Preferred candidate profile

2. Same designation experience is preferred : 8 to 12 Years

3. Languages : Tamil & English (fluency must) and Hindi added advantage

The candidate should be within a 1520 km radius of our office, located at Ponnandampalayam, Thennampalayam, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore.
