Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience and a strong background in accounting, auditing, or taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and accounts.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
