About the Role

Accounts & Marketplace Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records in
Sage 50
, linked to Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
Reconcile marketplace payouts and fees against sales (Amazon, eBay, Shopify).
Monitor and analyse sales data by channel, producing weekly dashboards (Spend Orders Sales ROI).
Support VAT, compliance, and invoicing processes.
Liaise with logistics team to ensure smooth dispatch and reporting.

Requirements

Experience in
Sage 50 accounting software
.
Hands-on management of
Amazon/eBay/Shopify dashboards
.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Understanding of VAT and international e-commerce accounting.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
