2. Creating customized MIS reports for project heads, investors, and senior management.
3. Working knowledge of Tally
4. Leading junior accountants, coordinating with legal, sales, and site teams for financial accuracy.
5. Preparing for internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with RERA, SEBI, and other statutory bodies.
6. Real Estate background only.
