Accounts Manager-Real Estate

The primary responsibilities of this role include: Accounting & Bookkeeping: - Daily maintenance of financial transactions such as journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers - Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of all accounting data - Oversight of reconciliation tasks for bank accounts, vendor statements, and ledgers Financial Reporting: - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports - Generation and analysis of MIS reports to facilitate business decision-making - Assistance in budgeting and forecasting processes Taxation & Compliance: - Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and professional tax - Collaboration with external auditors and management of audit queries/documentation Vendor & Client Coordination: - Creation of purchase/sales summaries for management System & Process Handling: - Proficiency in working with Tally ERP, Busy, Zoho Books, or other accounting software - Maintenance of digital records and ensuring data accuracy in financial systems - Support for finance automation and process improvements Key Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce - 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably in an SME or mid-sized company - Strong understanding of accounting principles, Indian taxation, and statutory laws - Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure This is a full-time, permanent role offering cell phone reimbursement.
