Accounts Manager- International

As an Accounts Manager (CA-qualified), your role involves overseeing and managing financial reporting, with a primary focus on consolidating group financials, handling intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Your expertise in managing group family entities, preparing consolidated financial statements, and navigating a dynamic multi-entity environment will be essential for excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for group companies following Ind AS / IFRS / applicable accounting standards. - Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financials across multiple entities and jurisdictions. - Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and adjustments throughout the group. - Maintain records of the group structure, including subsidiary, associate, and joint venture details. - Collaborate with auditors for group audits and ensure the punctual completion of statutory audits. - Establish and uphold internal financial controls across group entities. - Communicate with various internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, legal, treasury) to collect financial data for consolidation. - Provide financial insights and reports to facilitate strategic decisions at the group level. - Guarantee compliance with all relevant taxation and regulatory requirements for group entities. - Aid in automating and standardizing financial reporting processes using ERP or consolidation tools. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - Profound technical knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). - At least 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably within a multi-entity or group structure. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos). - Exceptional attention to detail coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
