Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including maintenance of books, reconciliations, and audit compliance.

Manage GST filings, statutory compliance, and periodic financial reporting.

Coordinate with banks and stakeholders in India and the UK for smooth financial operations.

Ensure timely SOA preparation, payment follow-ups, and accurate financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• To maintain company books and reconcile it as per audit requirement.
• To File GST return on Quarterly basis as per GST compliance.
• To maintain company books and share regular SOA for payment follow up.
• To reconcile old books with agents for old payment follow up.
• Should coordinate with Company bank on regular basis both in UK & India.
• Should be familiar with online portal accounting system and its reconciliation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software ( Preferred ) along with hands-on experience in other accounting tools.

• Candidate should be minimum graduate preferably from Tourism background.
• Should be well conversant in Hindi and English.
• Should be quick and good troubleshooter in resolving the matter.
• Should know operational nitty-gritty for smooth and hassle-free operational work.
• Should be confident speaker and pleasing personality.
